Here it is: Felicia Shamar Williams & Hansel Carlton Davis exchange marriage vows at the "Matthews Memorial Baptist Church", on Martin Luther King Jr, Avenue in Southeast, Washington, DC, on Saturday the 29th of September, 2007. Felicia is the daughter of Ms. Janice Chiles Williams and Mr. Frank Edward Williams Jr. Carlton is the son of Elder and Mrs Keith Michell Davis.   The reception was held at the "Washington Times Arbor Ballroom", 3600 New York Avenue, Northeast Washington, DC, following the wedding ceremony.
