Obituary Myrle E. Harris

Myrle E. Harris was born on April 8,1910 in Washington, D.C., to Rena and Charles Webb. She entered into eternal rest on December 10, 1984.

 

Myrle received her education in the public schools of the District of Columbia. She married Winston B. Harris in 1926, and from this union were born five children.

As Myrle entered the final two years of her life, she was cheerful with a hearty laugh, which kept her the center of attention in her family. The last month of her illness, the prayers of her family members and friends spared her pain. God does answer prayers.

She leaves to mourn five children: Lanita Odom of Willingboro, N.J., Elaine Chiles, Dolores Scott, John Harris of Willingboro, N.J., and Lawrence Harris; three nieces: Elizabeth Dent, Sylvia Reed and Annette Sweeney; and 1 nephew Edgar McCard; 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and many  other relatives and friends'
