Kaylen D. Scott was born to Monique Scott on April 8, 2007. Kaylen touched many hearts in her short visit to earth. She fought an illness that showed her strength and eagerness to get well and be with her mother.

She was predeceased by her grandfather, Joseph and Uncle Robert.

She leaves to mourn her loving mother, Monique; godmother, Tiffany Wilson and LaToya Hollman; grandmothers, Cheryl and Kay; grandfathers, Shelton and Rob; Uncle Ronald; Aunt Dominic; great-grandmothers, Dolores and Babe Ruth; great-grandfather, Claude Lee; beloved and caring aunts, Vicky, JoAnn, Wanda and Pat; many cousins and friends.

The family wants to send special thanks to her doctors and nurses. We would also like to thank Kim, Tony and Kristin for their outstanding support to Kaylen's family.
