Mrs. Ethel M. Ervin, entered into rest on Friday, March 31, 2000 at Johnson City Medical Center. She was a Waynesville, N. C. native and the daughter of the late Samuel David and Essie Harris Chiles. She was a born again Child -of God

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward G. Ervin and a son, Eugene Love.

She leaves to mourn her passing; four daughters (Beverly J. Fuller, Johnson City, Tn.),(Anna Marie Bone) and (Judith E. Allen) both of El Paso, Texas, and (Ethel A. Ervin, Linden N. J., three sons, (Robert Allen Love Chicago, Ill., Donald T, Ervin) El Paso, Texas, and David Wesley Ervin, Plainfield, N. J., a brother, Samuel D. Chiles, Largo, Md. Twenty-one grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

 

Your life was a beautiful memory;

Your absence, our sorrow and grief;

You sleep in God's beautiful garden;

In the sunshine of perfect peace.

Sometimes it's hard to understand,

Why some things have to be;

But in his wisdom he has planned;

Beyond our power to see.
