Obituary Darnell E. Harris

Mr. Darnell E. Harris, the son of Lawrence and Joyce Harris, was born July 2, 1971 of Washington, D.C.  He departed this life Monday, July 13, 1987 at the Washington Hospital Center.

Darnell began his education at the H.D. Cook Elementary School continuing on to Bertie Backus Jr. High School. He was very active in sports and other activities.

 

Darnell attended Exodus Missionary Baptist Church where he served on the Junior Usher Board, Choir and attended Sunday School.

He leaves to mourn a loving mother and father, Lawrence and Joyce Harris; grandmother, Mildred Price, grandfather, William Price, great-grand mother, Nancy Price, great-grand father, Floyd Price. Ive aunts, Wende'Line, Valerie, Deloris, Elaine and Anita. Two uncles, William and Johnny, two loving god-mother and god-fathers and host of relatives and friends.

 

To Lawrence and Joyce Your son still is close to you  As he always will be. For in your heart, he will always remain a precious memory.

And though you miss him, deeply, May it comfort you to know His love lives on to bless our years,

No matter where you go.
