Adams, son of the late George and Gollie Adams, ww; born February 29, 1924 in Wake CounM
North Carolina. He departed this life Saturday, May 20, 1995 at Wilson
Memorial Hospital, Wilson, North Carolina.
He attended Richard B. Harrison High School, Selma, Nortk
Carolina."hite Oak Hill Baptist Church in Middlesex,, North Carolina, where he was a member of the
Trustee Board.
Weldon was a loving husband andfather. He was
always willing to help others and his presence will be deeply missed
He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Marie Adams; two sons,
James Weldon and Leroy Adams both of Middlesex, N.C.; seven daughters, Mary
Lee Baldwin and Nova Lisa Adams both odr Durham,
N.C., Linda Jean Fredrick of Fayetteville, N.C., Ernestine Owen of Windsor,
Connecticut, Catherine Mann and Nena Jackson both of Middlesex, N.C.. and Marjorie Adam ojF Harffiord, Connecticut; two daughters-in-law, three
sons-in-law; thirteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two
brothers, Youngford (Zeke) Adam of Thoroughfare,
N.J. and George Adanks of Philadelphia, Pa.; four
sisters, Irene Adams of Raleigh, N. C., Alberta William of Wendell, N.C.,
Laura Cook and Eunice Tocas of Philadelphia, Pa.;
a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
