Walter Craig Sutton
was born in Richmond Virginia on June 2, 1960 of the late Zeb M. Sutton Sr.
and Mrs. Pearl Davis Sutton. He departed this life on May 9, 1995.
Walter was educated in the Richmond public school system. At the time
of his death, he was a crew chief employed by the Richmond public school
system.
At an early age Walter joined the Cedar Street Memorial Baptist Church
in Richmond Virginia. Craig, as he was affectionately called was a cheerful
and caring person. He always had a smile or a little joke to tell everyone.
He encouraged his family, friends and all who cross his path to do the
right thing with their lives and to always be positive. He was so fond of
the students of Carver Elementary School and he always had a story to tell
you about his little friend.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Mrs. Pearl D.

Pennington of Washington DC to brothers William A and Zeb M. Sutton Jr. of

Harold T. Greene Jr., James Stokes, Marcellus D. Tucker, Richard C. Peebles
of Richmond Virginia and Richard Pennington of Washington DC, grandmother
Ida P. Sutton of North Carolina, 11
nieces and nephews; two great nephews, great aunt Essie V. Sledge of North
Carolina, many aunts and uncles among them Mr. and Mrs. Prentice J.
Ratliff, a host of cousins relatives and other devoted friends.
