Ms Rosa Lee Basket
Adams, daughter of the late Robert Basket and Lucy Hopkins Basket, was born
on October 11, 1923 in Wake County, NC.
Ms. Rosa Adams was a hard, zealous worker. She worked very, very hard
on the farm to keep things going smoothly, as a farmer's wife, she did it.
She loved people, family and would give of her best (everything). She loved
music, playing piano and singing. If she heard music playing, she liked to
get up and dance; or as some may say, “Cut a rug”.
Later in life, she came to learn of Jehovah and dedicated her life to
him in his service on July 18, 1978 and was a faithful witness until her
death. She was active in her service. When others lost their way or
direction of a place in ministry, Sister Rosa was not lost,
she knew her way.
Everyone that she came in contact with loved
her so much because of her genuine love and personality. She always kept o
smile on her face.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jarious Adams and two sons, Jarious
Adams, Jr. and Ivan Adams.
Ms. Rosa is survived by: seven daughters, Mary Shire of Zebulon, NC
