GLADYS PEACE BRASWELL, 101 of 600 East E. Street, Butner, NC,  passed Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Granville Medical Center in Oxford, North Carolina.  She was the daughter of the late George and Rachel Peace.  Gladys was a member of Ilong Baptist Church.  Those left to cherish her precious memories are her daughter, Lucy Henderson of Butner, NC; three sisters, Ruth Stanback, Lillian Cozart and Daphene Cooper all of Oxford, NC; eight grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 19 great-great grandchildren, four great great-great grandchildren and a host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Theodore Braswell.
