was former 32nd Degree Mason and retired in 1974 from the Philadelphia Navy
yard after 29 years of service.
George was loved and will be missed by all his family, and leaves

husband, Lee of Apex, NC; George M. Adams II and wife, Lanita of Raleigh,
NC; Ruth M. Scarborough and husband, Curtis of Raleigh, NC; Craig L. Adams
and wife, Monica of Zebulon, NC: and Bruce K. Adams and wife, Tarsha of
Franklinton, NC.His
great-grandchildren, Rachena, Garry, Adrian,
George III, Jamilia, Jelan,
Deshon, Ashleigh, Craig II, Therin,
Bruce II, and Kevin. He also leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, and
family.
