MR. GEORGE A. GUERRANT, son
of Mr. and Mrs. George Guerrant, Jr., was born in
Philadelphia, Pa., August 24, 1945. He departed this life November 29,
1976.
He was educated in the public
schools of Philadelphia and received a Bachelor of Business Administration
from Temple University, majoring in Accounting; a certificate for Creative
Writing from N.I.A., and a Certificate in Tax Preparation from H. & R.
Block.
Tony will be remembered as a
man of great drive and ambition. A man who always strove for self improvement both mentally and physically, through
many, many obstacles, and most important of all, as an unselfish man of
good morals.
He is survived by: his
parents, George Guerrant, Jr. and Ruth C. Guerrant; one brother, Gustiegall
G. Guerrant; and wife, Gwendolyn H. of
Jacksonville, N.C.; a maternal grandmother, Mrs. Sophia Adams of Zebulon,
N.C., and a host of relatives and friends.
