Mr. Chester Wayne
Pulley, son of Olovie A. Pulley & the late
Sherman Pulley of Spring Hope, NC, was born in Nash County, NC on August 4,
1960. He departed this life on September 2,1995 in Richmond, VA.
He joined the Jones Hill Baptist Church where he remained a member
until he left North Carolina, to pursue a career in the Federal Government.
He later joined the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Washington, DC
Chester was a graduate of St. Paul's College in Lawrenceville, VA. He
also attended The American University in Washington, DC where he was
pursuing a Masters in Business Administration. He
was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
Chester had devoled fifteen years to the
Federal Government service, fourteen years with the Department of Treasury,
and one year with tile Administrative Office of the United States Court.
He leaves to cherish his loving memoiy: Two
sons, Eric W. Black and Matthew S. Pulley. His mother Olovie
Pulley of Spring Hope, NC, One Sister, Pamela Pulley of Raleigh, NC. Three
brothers, Sherman C. Pulley of Seat Pleasant, M0, Burnell Pulley of Newport
News, VA, and Jeffrey Pulley of Zebulon, NC. Seven auntsfour
uncles, three niecesfour nephews, and three
sisters-in-law, and a host of other relatives and firiends
