Charles Randolph
Evans, Sr., departed this life on July 18, 1988, at his home in Temple

and Milford B. Evans, was born in Washington, D.C. on June 5 1947. He was raised and educated In the District of

Charles was a quiet person, and he was a man of purpose, dedicating his
entire life to his family. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to
friends and relatives, and to offer a listening ear when we needed him
most. His home was as open as his heart; no one needed an invitation to
enter. The love and care that he offered freely to all of us will always be
remembered. Charles is survived by
his wife, Thea G.; a son, Charles Randolph, Jr.; and two daughters, Katrina
A. and Rochelle G. Evans. Also surviving are four brothers - M. Erick,

Frances Evans-Reid, Shermaine Spratt, Darwina Page, and Winona Howard; nine brothers-in-law;
four sisters-in-law; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other
relatives, friends, and acquaintances.
