Mr. Albert Lewis Peace, also known as, "Mr. A1" was born on February 11, 1930, to the late Lewis and Susie Brandon Peace in Granville County, North Carolina. He entered eternal rest on June 3, 2014, at Maria Parham Hospital in Henderson, North Carolina. He was educated in the Granville County Public Schools (Fairport School) in Fairport, North Carolina. He was a faithful member of Ilong Baptist Church in Fairport, North Carolina. Albert was employed with the Mault Product Company, until he retired after many years of dedicated service. Also he was self-employed, which he was well known as, "Albert Peace Handyman". He will be greatly missed by his family, church family and friends. In addition to his parents, Albert was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Bertha Royster Peace of the home; three sons, Albert Peace, Jr., Elliott Peace (Lanier) and Keith Peace (Dana) all of New Jersey; two daughters, Sheila Peace-Thompson (Jerry) and Igena Peace both of New Jersey; three brothers, Bobby Peace of South Carolina, Jerby Peace of New Jersey and Baudine Peace-Fuller of North Carolina; two stepchildren; fifteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
